What it's like to own
The A2 is a folding commuter done sensibly: a 750 W peak motor (28 mph in pedal assist), a 614 Wh lockable battery, Shimano 7-speed and 20 × 3 in tires that soften rough city streets. At 65 lb it's not light, but the aluminum frame is lighter than steel rivals.
Aipas claims 30–50 real-world miles; one owner reports about 22–23 miles, so plan conservatively. The 350 lb capacity is generous for a folder.
Sold by a third-party seller with a 1-year Aipas warranty. 88% of ratings are four or five stars, and a one-year owner says it's held up well.
